Indicative estimates

Automated estimates are preliminary guidance only. They are based on user-submitted information, model assumptions, area factors, and visible evidence where photos are provided. They are not a formal valuation report and should not be relied on as the sole basis for sale, purchase, loan, insurance, legal, tax, probate, or investment decisions.

Professional review

A professional review may require consultation, supporting documents, site inspection, comparable market evidence, and a written scope of work. Pricing is provided only after consultation and depends on the property type, location, purpose, urgency, and required deliverables.

User responsibilities

You agree not to upload false, misleading, illegal, confidential third-party, or harmful material. You are responsible for checking that photos, documents, and notes do not reveal unrelated private information.

Service availability

The website may be updated, suspended, or changed without notice. Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance of a valuation instruction or completion within a specific timeframe.
